Trust Priorities 2015-2018

  • Continuous improvement of attainment and progress for each school, showing year-on-year improvement, and to be at least in line with, or above, national averages
  • All schools to be judged as 'good' or 'better' by Ofsted by the end of the academic year 2016
  • Planned growth of our Schools and Trust:
    • school places
    • expansion of schools
  • To improve Trust provision and effectiveness with regard to central services and school improvement to secure high quality outcomes
  • To develop world-class system leaders


In addition, we want:

  • To secure a culture of high aspirations and expectations across the Trust and all its school
  • To build capacity for continued and sustained improvement and support of schools requiring formal support leading to accelerated rates of progress and achievement
  • To enhance our central and shared services to maximum organisational and cost efficiencies
  • To provide robust and consistent policies, procedures and systems complying with legislative requirements
  • To further develop expertise and skills within the leadership and management function of the Trust
